STA Impianti Re Roast 15-30 Particularly suitable for roasting typical italian espresso coffee or coffee produced according biological cultivation.

The roasting machines STA Mod. RE ROAST are realizzed in monoblock style of small dimensions but guaranting the same features of traditional roasting machines of higher production. These roasting machines satisfy completely the harder exigences.

HEATING ADDUCTION SYSTEM:

Patented system by STA Impianti s.r.l. specifically studioed for roasting line applications. This system allows shorter and homogeneous roasting time:
  • By convection of hot air flowing through the coffee in the drum.
  • By conduction of due to the heated roasting drum.
  • By irradiance from the grate located between the flame and the roasting drum (infrated rays).
HOT AIR GENERATOR:

Three are the possibilities of settlement to the over indicated system:
  • Conventional generator.
  • Heating generator with partial or total recycle.
